The Belted Galloway Board

Here in Rockport, Maine. The "Belties" are one of our most popular attractions. These famous black and white colored Oreo cookie cows draw people from all over to get a glance at them grazing in their pastures. Our beautiful handmade charcuterie cutting boards are a tribute to these beloved cows, and the perfect fit for your kitchen. Made from locally sourced birch, these boards are engraved and inlaid with American Walnut. The edges sanded for a polished look, and the boards are sealed and conditioned with food-grade mineral oil for long-lasting durability.

These boards are an excellent choice for a thoughtful gift for holidays, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family, friends, or even as a treat for yourself. We offer these boards in two different sizes, small and large, with a thickness of 1-1/2". The sizes are approximated and may differ slightly. The small board measures 7" x 11", while the large board measures 16" x 12.5". We have custom sizes available upon request.

Our products are made from natural materials. Each piece will have unique characteristics that make no two exactly alike. You may notice slight variations in grains and other markings. These differences add to the uniqueness of your product, and colors may vary based on the tannins in the wood.
